1st stunt bike, good deal?
Just wanted to get a few more opinions before making any decisions. Lookin to setup a 1st stunt bike. Found a 02 F4i, Delaware Salv. title, 11k miles, damage on it is both side fairings slightly rashed, needs 1 new mirror, and a new tail piece(has a hole in rear right fairing). Only things already replaced was battery and exhaust hanger. Other than cosmetics its perfectly sound, runs and looks great. price 3k. Too much? Or is i really a good deal before summer months? I really don't kno **** bout buying used, only have bought 1 new before, so any help is appreciated.

if it runs great then get it.
sf it or if you want full fairings....junk those rashed ones and get race fairings if you want that look.
then stunt it out from there.

take crotches idea and get rid of fairings and buy mine and tell that dude he is blowing smoke out of his ***.. salvi with 11k on it.. rashed up.. 1500 to 2000.. at most...

pay no attention to my post.. i was multitasking..
But good input !!!
You will always beable to talk him down if he dont sell it.. Its hard to sell a salvaged bike to a reasonable rider that doesnt stunt.. for sure!
now some kid with dads money.. u might lose over!

Salvage title...$2000 TOPS but I wouldn't even pay that. You can get a fully setup F4i from one of these guys on here for about $2500-3000 ready to rock.Think about it.. $3000 for salvage bike + fixing it+ stunt **** and your well over $4k for A Lot only bike and at that point you could buy one the fully setup bikes W/clean title and prob have money to register and insure it...

Salvage title...$2000 TOPS but I wouldn't even pay that. You can get a fully setup F4i from one of these guys on here for about $2500-3000 ready to rock.Think about it.. $3000 for salvage bike + fixing it+ stunt **** and your well over $4k for A Lot only bike and at that point you could buy one the fully setup bikes W/clean title and prob have money to register and insure it...

I'll just say what's already been said, just look for one on here, you can get a better deal on a bike that's already setup. It takes some money to set one up right. Just looks around on here. Good luck, hope you find what you are looking for.
