QUESTION: Bill, if you have a dual caliper can you just run a line to one then the other to the other? looks like you can, just wondered if i could just leave my dual bracket on a run the lines seperate?

Now this is truly a sick invention!
But how is the distance of the lever to the handlebar? You cant seem to adjust like on a brembo or a moose clutch.
Some people might want it closer to the handlebar then others.

Besides that it looks perfect!

Good point. I mean there really is no variable setting I can see with the way you have it setup with the clutch cable. Unless it's interchangeable with a MSR EZ-pull.......

Other than that, thing looks ******* sick........:YEAH

Re: Full Throttle Bill Does It Again! New Hand Brake Era.

has anoyone tried running a master cylinder.or HB to a double banjo bolt with FB to a single caliper....thats basically what this is right? But remote? eliminating the need for an adapter?

Re: Full Throttle Bill Does It Again! New Hand Brake Era.

Looks cool....There are 2 things I wonder

1 Like Johnnie Do mentined if the lever reach isnt adjustable I wont like it, me and my friend have the exact same setup. But he likes his lever alot closer to
the bar then I do...

2 How well is the hydraulic feel and feedback going to trasfer through the cable to the lever? I dont like a mechanical feel in a HB, so hopefully it still feels hydraulic..

Re: Full Throttle Bill Does It Again! New Hand Brake Era.

my question is can it be used as a res? my handbrake system is seperate from my foot brake. or would i still need a res attached to this system?

me too

i am kinda skeptical on the way this setup is gonna make the actual hb lever feel. and i really like to adjust the distance between my handbrake and the handlebar like johnnie do said.

we need some feedback from an experienced rider.
it's gonna take a lot more to convince me that this is a good setup than just saying bill's the man.

plus i also think there is such a thing as too much braking power. i love my brembo, and i love my dual caliper setup. its perfect for my likings.

no hate intended, just want some in the field feedback!!!

Re: Full Throttle Bill Does It Again! New Hand Brake Era.

outstanding idea, can't wait to hear how it works...for now i'll stick to my 636 master and gp tech adapter b/c it's wayyy cheaper. we'll see if it's worth the $.

just talked to bill and he said it WILL work but instead of running a line to the rear master you would have to use a banjo w/ a nipple on it instead of one that would hold a brake like... then just connect a rubber hose w/ a res. and somehow hide it too. but he said that having the spare caliper is pointless because there is no need to pump this one and that you can use fb and hb st the same time unlike w/ the old adaptor... the best thing is he said there is no play in the brake lever this way unlike the brembo(unless you put slack in the cable) i'm tempted to sell my billet brembo AND dual caliper bracket but i think i'll hold off until we get some feedback on this setup... to me the biggest advantage would be how cheap you can replace broken levers (ones for the brembo are $$$)
