So many threads about brake setup etc but what about fueling?

i got my new bike running on the 10th Dec and it aint run right ever!!!!

still cant find why it has massive flat spots everywhere... have power comander now though and getting throttle bodies balanced real soon... rides like a pig no matter what exhaust i run... still as i have no idle it forces me to use just throttle and balance so im hoping when it is cured i will be a better rider....
