Not that J couldn't do this, but I got a letter from G yesterday, he's in the big boy jail now. dressing like a lady, he said the commissary is cheaper that way. haha I kid.

Anyhow, he said to tell you hi and he'll be out in Feb of 09 probably. Anyone who wants to say hey to G post up and I will print out this thread and mail it to him.

fisted by the long arm of the law for some sort of traffic violation. the cop has a boner for him, went to court and did not speak highly of him, and then they threw him away.
I know he's lonely and misses riding really bad, he said he wants photos of new tricks and wants to know who has new sponsors.

He just misses you guys.

Yeah I think it was just the regular. A wheelie, fleeing, probation violation kind of thing, but I could just be ******* his story up. we could just make something up and tell everyone that. What's he gonna do? He's in jail.

he got arrested for failing to pay a working tranny and then choking him out behind the circle k with some dirty pantyhose he found on the ground.

Yo Excessa, this is Joseph, his brother. I posted an update about a month ago. but thanks for another update. he doesnt write me.. haha. i have his girl just relay messages back and forth for us. He's knows i got so much **** goin on with takin care of his life out here as well as my own. Havent talked to him since he got transfered to prison.

 

He's at Donovan right now which is in sout San Diego. hes still in reception and could be there for a lil while since the prisons are so damn over-crowded. who knows if he will stay there or get transfered.

I got ready to get transfered once for no reason, and was sleeping in a open dorm area with guys in there for their 3rd strike for a while.. give me a ******* cell

what up zannmann. i actually got a chance to talk to him before he got sent out to prison and told him you said whats up and that you may be goin in as well. he said thats pretty shitty and hopes for the best for you.

 

as of right now, he's doin 50% which would make his release date Feb 09. i read a couple articles about a law that was supposed to pass this year that anyone doin 50% non-violent would get reduced to 35%. Dont know if its passed yet or not.

since hes in reception, he cant get into any programs until hes "housed".

to be honest, i aint gettin my hopes up. he got FUCKED and theyre STILL ****** with him in prison and when he was in county. im just lookin forward to the Feb 09 date and if he gets out earlier, then GREAT!

 

Keep thinking that way. The percentages are all bullshit, and everyone tries to act like they know them. It's so arbitrary.

My boy was on probation for a misdemeanor evading, got a wreckless, and got 6 months in Wayside.

 

OK EVERYONE keeps askin "WHAT DID HE DO?"

heres the deal. He was doin a street session for some video for a sponser. both doin wheelies. they put te wheelies down then took off racing each other. about a mile or so down the freeway, they ran into traffic and started slowin down. a small pick-up truck changed lanes in front of him and G slammed into the back right corner of the truck sendin him flying about 200ft then slidding another 200ft. the driver of the truck made a statement that he did NOT even look or use his blinker when he changed lanes.

a cop supposedly was on the other side of the freeway and saw the whole thing. keep in mind that there is a center divide with trees/bushes. he shows up to the scene like a min later. DOES NOT ARREST HIM OR WRITE HIM A TICKET. then ends up writing a report to the DA's office sayin he was evading from him. G has a prior evading from like 8 years ago, so they pick up the case and send a warranty out for his arrest.

HERES WHAT HAPPENED IN COURT AND THE EVIDENCE THEY FOUND HIM GUILTY WITH...... this is a repost from before.

i didnt know you could find someone guility with the following evidence for supposedly evading arrest......

1. Cop changes his story 6 times ON THE STAND
2. Claims he went 4 1/2 miles in 1min 15 secs.... do the math, thats 240mph!
3. in a 60 degree room and has sweat drippin down his face... why so nervous?
4. says he never turned on his siren, 1 of 5 mandatory factors to be considered someone is evading a police officer
5. said he was no closer than 1/4 - 1/2 mile behind him durin the whole so called chase
6. said G never once looked back and didnt even know if he knew there was a cop behind him at ALL THAT DAY
7. a dispatch tape that happened not to have a transcript
8. a dispatch tape thats callin in a accident NOT A CHASE

fact is, the system sucks and they had it out for G. they know he has a VERY strong impact on stuntriding in So Cal and have been tryin to get him on something for the past 4 years.

 

Cops lie and he gets over a year of his life taken away. What a bunch of bull ****.
