I'd help you out but for some reason I can't remember how to get the gif animator **** to work.
ahh never mind I had a free trial thingy I need to find a free one to download.
Its actually really easy once you go through it a couple of times.

Don't blow it up and keep it cool, but I don't know how this dude does it, he has had this site up for years and it just keeps rocking.
For the video creators and editors there are some killer ($4000 plus) software packages ready to roll with the serial numbers or automatic cracks included. Enjoy everyone!!!! Use the force, and keep it away from the dark side!!!!

here's a quick go at it...
4 versions in case some forums complain the file is too big...
smallest file - ok quality
bigger file but not really any better quality
not biggest file but probably best quality
biggest file but not really any better quality
if none of them work, i can take out 1 frame, or play around with the quality
if you have less frames, you can have more quality

what program u using....I use animagic and its OK but not the best....
