You lost me bro. But let me try, I keep the silver thing but pull it apart and remove the spring and other thing out, then I elimanate the long hose, tape off the air box and I'm good? I thought I had to take the thing out of the thing and put the dohunky in the whatchamacallit? Maybe I'm wrong

Good idea. Just rip the internals out of the factory valve.

When you take apart the silver three way deal pull out the inside youll see what im talking about then the longest hose on the air box you elimanate that and tape off the airbox. hit up my boy he will walk you through it he also sells the tail savers here is his myspace hit him up he will take care of you

if you have the tip sensor bypassed you don't have to remove the guts of the pair valve, cause the tip sensor is what closes the pair valve. but you can just in case or remove it alltogether and replace with a t-fitting. all three ways will have same effect. also you must adjust the stock idle back to normal idle setting or you will not feel full effect of this mod. i would say stock idle needs to be anywhere from 800 to 1100.

It should look like this and should be running somewhat near the battery depending on modifications. I have a full service manual in pdf form, hit me with you email and I will shoot it to you...
