i bought my first one off ebay, finally came with 2 flaws not listed. a broken fluid res and the bleeder screw busted off inside it right under the screw hex. i had a spare res from parts but heres how i fixed the radial master

1. no.1 1/8"-1/4" easy out.
2. 1" handle adjustable tap wrench.
3. u gotta use a little force to get the easy out bit into the adjustable insert point tap wrench.
4. counterclock the easy out into the busted bleeder screw and depending on and rash to the master itself (the metal may have folded over the broken screw a bit) you may have to use a bit of force to get it but it'll come out. if not use the sander to take off a bit of the excess rashed metal from the master.
5. clean out the threads and your set.

i used a bleeder screw from my rashed 929 caliper, cus i had no prior experience with busted bleeder screws i never had to ask or know the master n calipers share bleeder screws but i've got it back together, brakes bled and it stops fine at a variety of speeds.


moral of the story. ebay sellers are sneaky, ask detailed questions. but hell, $20 for a 05 gsxr radial and free fix is ok with me.
