i'll agree. i ordered my cage and **** through out the christmas holidays. still recieved it within 6days to the us/canadian border.
even if i sent an email to them on a weekend. id get a reply back same day..

it went on pretty easy other than i had to hook the straps to it to get it to line up right

SI is good. 3 weeks for their delivery of my subcage.. I've bought a cage from last spring which came in a couple weeks as well. Not too bad for crossing the border through us postal service.

They need to start making sub bars. not just short 12 bars, but bars that actually touch the tip of the subframe.

Yeah SI is good stuff. I cant complain one bit bout mine. They can take a beating too. Subframe supports would be nice too, I agree.

ian will make it as short as you want it. my round bars were like 3 inches shorter than the full tail ones
