Re: Parents
The same week I had my son ,there was a show in my town ,It was raining hard that day . I went out there and with my bald tire it wouldnt hook up and when it did I would get thrown back onto the bar hard. Anyways my cage landed on my foot during that show and I was on krutches for a couple of months ,but I got to spend each day of those months with my new son. I havent stopped riding at all , my son is now 2 1/2 and my BM is pregnant again Im having another son! I dont ride on the streets anymore (hardly) Not even for commuting , the way I see it is you are most likely not going to get seriously injured in a lot stunt riding its actually safer than riding a cruiser on the highway or streets . Cars are whats gonna take you out, not controlled wheelies and endos I relate stuntriding to about the same amount of danger as skateboarding (unless the bike falls on you). Before I had my son though when I first started stunting ,in early 2000 . I didnt care I would do highway wheelies ,get chased etc.. but now I am more conciensus in my actions, ya know? I still push it and overcome new stunts ,but I weigh out the risk alot more. I am a way better rider now than I ever was! Just because you are a parent and have kids ,doesnt mean thst you have to stop riding and take up bowling or whatever, It just means you have to ride a little more smarter, which means more focus and the end result of more focus is better riding.
When i first had my son everyone told me I had to basicly give up bikes and stunting and I actually contemplated that as well , But I still have the passion and still want to be the best so I cant stop yet , and Im not planning on it anytime soon. *(rant complete)*

Re: Parents
One of my earliest memories of that Grandad was not wanting to embarass him in front of his friends and cry. Cuz when he made me jump up in his lap to give him a hug when we first walked in the place, he fell over in the barstool and landed on top of me and that **** hurt!!!... he was like 275lbs at least.... I was 6yrs old maybe!
Goin to visit grandpa in the tavern! haha No wonder I throw all my money at bikes, it would be booz if I didn't! hahaha I still don't drink much/if any alchohol 27 years later too.
