Re: Master of disaster

Nope clean, perfect, just like the factory made it, less the massive hole. My bike had the aids.

I think there must have been a factory defect, it wasn't that hard of a crash, not light, but FAR from head fracturing hard.
I'm glad you're ok.

Mark my words, you're going to sell your F4i.

Yeah, and I only had 7 or so sessions on the bike. I just don't get it.

not sure if my old 636 did the same thing or not, I sold it with a spare motor before I tried to fix it....but yeah I was doing a no hander, stalled out, then the motor wouldnt turn over anymore. My buddy that got it said he took the motor apart and it looked like the timing chain jumped a bit. Bike was mint too, never expected that to happen... The block didnt break like yours did though.

Went back to the old f4i now...

Re: Master of disaster

never seen any thing like that before..

i would think the only way that could happen would be if some thing like a bolt got in between the chain and the gear..

or like you said maybe just bad casting...

Re: Master of disaster

Straight up redonkulous. I had the chain on my bike fall off during drifting, bunch up in the front sprocket cover and it exploded, took part of the block out with it... maybe the cam chain is bunched up somewheres inside there?

Like the wheels on that bad boy though, workin on 636's is hella easy.

Re: Master of disaster

I love the 636 had a few engines over past two years but the cost is worth it

If it's mechanical longevity you after instead of snarling stunt-beast then buy a nice family car!!

I like black hair and tattoos also. i went out with a lawyer she was half greek and half welsh, when she went to work she wore a suit and tights, she looked quite smart! When she took off her cLothes she had a tattoo from her foot all way up one leg-thigh-back to her neck, demons and fairies! she had peircings too and she was FILTH

Sorry about your engine never happened to me and im a clumbsy pancake artist!!
