are u guys using for videography and editing for stunt videos and such...

and good video camera with a wide angle lens will do...I use pinnacle studio plus for editing...

I've been wanting to ask this also. From what I've heard and studied MiniDV is the way to go for editing.

..does anyone have a "in-helmet" recorder also?!?

...like it mounts just inside the visor of your helmet:YEAH...not like on top or anything. what kind of device is small enough for this? seen a lot of videos done this way

any ideas

we tried this ...sorta...we cut out some foam from an old D-bike helmet and used the tripod threads on the bottom of a Mini-DV camera to "bolt" it to the top of the helmet. not the $2000 cam just a normal "fam-cam" and it made it one lap on the track and quit working....I think it just shook the **** out of it and it hasnt worked since...road wouldnt be as jarying as a moto track though

I've had 2 JVC cameras break on me, the canon meantioned above, and now have a samsung....only had the samsung for about a month and it seems alright.

I use Windows Movie Maker just because I dont want to buy a better program....takes longer but you can get close to the same results...except cool effects.

+1 for Final Cut Pro....but I run a PC so I use Pinnacle Studio....user friendly but still professional look to it.....or you could just hire Nicely LOL
