F4i front end feels like a damn pogo stick

F4i front end feels like a damn pogo stick
i have a 636
i could roll low speed bp stoppes on it. Was getting them around past 90 degrees working on 180s. Felt very confident. Good tire up front. Had radial master for front brake. Ruber lines.
i got an f4i
Cant even roll with out feeling very uncomfortable. turning? forget about it. the front end feels like a pogo stick and i have no clue why. its so unpredictable input wise. in a stoppie and i add a little more brake and its feels like the front suspension compresses and then the backend pops up fast an unpredictable...
is it the change from a aftermarket billet radial front master to a f4i stocker? or is it the conventional f4i soft dampend fork setup compared to the nice inverted rigid 636 setup? or combination?
also i did drop the forks in the the trees a little for 2 reasons.
1. fitting the db bars
2. i dropped them on the 636 too. about .25 inch. i read a thread on here and some people were saying that it helped.
i havent been on here for most of the season and seen a ton of people are switching from f4is to 636s. so some of you have had to experience this.
how can i make it feel like the 636 front end?

Re: F4i front end feels like a damn pogo stick
It was like that when I went from the 636 to a F4I. I put heavy springs in the front and 10w fork oil and it helped alot. But, if you feather the front brake in a stoppie it will still pogo like hell! Anybody got a 929/954/600rr/1000rr front end?
