Re: Bike Wont start?

i saw that vid when nyrocketkid posted it a while back. those avatars where makin me think you are the steriotypical NY ruffryder. i'd like to drop a tightly coiled stink pile on all of their chests.

slow them bikes down though player, put it in first or second and drag the **** outta the brake. and lean the **** back. much more pimp when ur blippin the throttle against that brake with the gangster lean goin on.

Re: Bike Wont start?

i know man...believe it or not i did slow down alot. i was doin 100 + powerin them up..i took my head outta my *** and learned to clutch and now i can get 65-70....if i pull beind bp i can be at about 50 mph but thats scary and i dont wanna drop that bike.

but like i said. next season ill have a 600 . geared . and all the goodies i need! im gonna work on slowin down. i dont like goin fast either. i atleast have em balanced at 65-70 though! its a start.

p.s. i wonder if the man got his bike started...we are totally thread jackin lmao

Re: Bike Wont start?

i rode for like 2 hrs tonight

yea, use the cluch, no more powerin up. practice clutchin rollin slow in first, bringin it up nail the brake. pretty soon u'll be ridin out first gears same heighth as ur super interstate pow pows. get off the highway and onto a back road to do this. next u'll be tryin to figure out how to hold down the brake and blipin the gas against it leanin back. that'll be lightyears from now though.

Re: Bike Wont start?

i'm just tellin you to clutch it up in first and catch the bike with the brake. to do a decent wheelie you will be using both controls at the same time.

hey man the R1 throttles are extremely touchy.

I cant tell my your avatar what year you got but it better be the 02-03 if you want ease of learning wheelies...all the new ones the motor is farther forward and alot more weight on the front end - better for racing not stunting.

Check this thread I havnt done it yet but I am excited to do it...

edit: I'm now guessing since your name includes 07R1 that your bike is an 07...my bad but this still should help alot

Re: Bike Wont start?

i got an 07. fly by wire throttle...it is touchy as a mother ******. my throttle control is pretty good in second. im barely at 4 grand when i cluth it up and i dont go to much higher

i was gonna do that f4i throttle too but now i just wanna get a 600 for a stunt bike. and i wanna use my bike to do some track days and 190 mph from time to time haha
