Re: What a job...

I work at a steel pipe mill 3pm-1/2/3am making 60+ a year, used to get weekends but now only sundays but i ALWAYS devote sunday to riding. But being the only one consistantly stunting around here can't seem to make quick progress. Hopefully in january ill switch to 4am-3/4pm shift and get to ride at night and by that i mean kicked out of everywhere i ride now only with the sun out.

very good and rewarding idea in a good market... but with the way things are right now in the market i wouldnt trust my check on 50 percent commission let alone commission based.. people cant afford a house they cant afford a car which means they cant afford toys.. I was a mortgage broker and then got into direct lending, just moved out to phoenix with these az cats and a month after i got out here the mortgage firm i worked at closed shop without notifying us at all. was awesome hours and left plenty of time for riding.. money just wasnt there like it was even 6 months to a year ago.. **** sucks right now.. especially when you 1500 miles away from your old home and jobless trying to figure out what the hell to do.. like teach said find something you like that will pay the bills and give a little extra.. it aint work then its fun and that helps big time..
