For those of you who havent heard yet, G was sentenced to 3 years in prison this past Tuesday. He will be doin 50% and has 127 days credit right now. If he gets into a program or a certain job, he could do as low as 25% and do anywhere from 9 - 16 more months. But with the way things have been goin, we dont have our hopes up and dont plan to see him get out for 16 months.

Damn man, the last i heard about that guy is when he had a really bad wreck, and now this! I met him at Starboyz stuntfest in 06 and he was really cool, one nicest guys i've met. I hate to hear that about him.

 

thats what hes in there for. a cop showed up after the accident, wrote a report to a DA sayin he was chasin him when he wasnt even around. took it to trial, the cop tells 6 DIFFERENT versions of what happened ON THE STAND, they submit a dispatch tape (suprisingly theres NO transcript and the cop is callin in a ACCIDENT not a supposed chase) and the jury still finds him guilty findin the cop and dispatch tape credible.

we didnt know a cop who changes his story 6 times, drippin in sweat in a 60 degree room and claims he went 4 1/2 miles in 1 min 15 seconds (do the math, that means he was goin 240 mph) could be found credible. or a dispatch tape with NO transcript, no proof of time or date of recording and NO siren in the background could be credible as well.

funny thing about that is our lawyer couldnt have done anything else that he did. we asked for a mistrial but the JUDGE wouldnt grant it. even though you could tell by the judges reactions to the cops testimony who knew the cop was full of ****. the JUDGE actually stopped the trial in the middle of the cops testimony and side-barred the DA and our lawyer and asked the DA to give him a reason why he shouldnt mistrial the case right at that moment. the DA said they had a dispatch tape which hadnt been heard yet and that was grounds to continue. so the judge let the case continue.

you think this case is messed up, i just talked to some chick about her man. Earlier this year he was caught for ARMORED ROBBERY sentenced to 2 years. got out after 8 months due to over population and released on parole. Less then 2 months later, caught for ARMORED ROBBERY AGAIN, sentenced to 16 months!!!! and the judge said he'll be released within 6 months.

HOW THE **** DOES THAT WORK?!?!?!?!??!

 

That is some fucked up ****! And 3 years seems like some serious overkill for running from a cop.
