6rr frames
are the 03-04 frames compatible with the 05-06?

Yes...both motors fit on either, the subframe is different on the 05-06 but the frame mounts are the same for both

really? i alwas heard you couldnt swap motors from 03/04 to 05/06 or vice versa

dont know, I keep hearing mixed responses...all I know is that the race rails I had for an 03 636, didnt line up with my 05 636 mounts. Neither did a mxd cage for my 05 636 line up with the mounts on my old 03 636...

The mounts are the exact same, everything from an 05-06 will fit on a 03-04 frame and vice versa...now just the motor swap you probably need the full electronics from that year motor.
