Re: 10 Year Ban For Doing Wheelie
Not that I don't agree with you, but remember the government is ****** you much more than the police. Every year there are more and more laws being passed intruding on all aspects of our lives. So FTG
I suck at the internet but I'm sure someone here could find a link to email directly to this senator. If someone living in Florida can find out when this guy is coming up for election post up.

Re: 10 Year Ban For Doing Wheelie
lets form a milita and overtake our government. I'm sick of this... a rapist gets away for years on appeals and putting off court just to get a few grand in fines and maybe... just maybe jail time... i've seen it, it's not always the truth.. but I'm sure you all know **** like this. but people like us (90% of the time endangering ourselves of getting a pebble or two in our skin from falling at 10MILES AN HOUR!) and in reality... if ur the one riding a wheelie at 140mph and they catch you and they give u a careless for endangering the public... ask the cop whats going to happen to the soccor mom in the HUMMER when u rear end it... u'd most likely kill her rear window and bumper.... and those things don't live. where as these ******* people that are rapping people and **** leaving them with the horrid memory for the rest of their lives get more leway than us... its total ******* and what was anyone thinking when electing and hiring these ******* people. I hate to say it but a lot of local and national governemts seem to run of ignorance and due to this they're ruining this god damn country. if it's fun or good for you, it's most likely illegal.

Re: 10 Year Ban For Doing Wheelie
This is a simple case of a local politician needing his name seen and heard throughout the year prior to election of 08.....This is NEVER going to happen in FL or anywhere else mabee except the F**Ked up state of VA.
No need to even fret for a second! If individuals can't even get this punnishment for a DUI manslaughter...than this is nothing!

O.K. I take back the **** em all! I have had Ohio State Highway Patrol pull me over and I qoute in a country accent while spitting a huge dip spit at my feet " You look like you know what you are doing. Now get out of here before I change my mind!" I was riding a wheelie down the entrance ramp and merged onto into the middle lane on the highway. The kid in front of me was turned around watching and I could tell by the look in his eyes that the state trooper was right behind me! He was cool!

Ok i know this sounds really gay and stupid....and don't know that anyone will ever agree with this or not but what the hell...
i think everyone should just write the government a letter explaining the difference between us (stunt riders) and the POS newbie wanna b's that are out on the freeway doing those 130 mph pow wheelies compared to us who can rock a SS, HC, Spreader, SD or anything at a steady 35 or 40 mph.
Explain to them that we don't want to take it to the street and endanger other people that we just want atleast some respect for the skills we have the freedom that we are suppose to have in this country to ride how we want to ride. and if they don't want us on the road then **** give us a drag strip or a big as parking lot so we can ****** ride and stunt.
and as far as the newbie wanna b's let them stay on the ****** roads and bust there *** and hurt them selfs for all i care...cuz they want to be stupid then hey they deserve it..
again i don't know that anyone will agree with me on this but i tried

Ok so heres his repy
Dear Mr badass stuntrider
Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding HB 137, Offenses
Committed While Operating a Motorcycle. I realize some riders have
several concerns regarding my legislation. This bill aims to address
riders of high performance motorcycles that treat Florida's roads and
highways as their own personal stunt track. I am sure you can agree that
popping wheelies at high rates of speeds or any other kind of stunt
riding has no place on Florida's roads. The goal of this legislation is
to target stunt riding and prevent motorcycle fatalities.
Currently, it seems HB 137 has been drafted in a way that would affect
all motorcycle riders. I feel that the poor actions of a few riders
should not punish all riders. Subsequently, I am currently working on
language that will amend the bill to clearly address the problem of
motorcycle stunt riding on public roads. The amendment will clearly
define what is considered stunt riding and require a motorcycle rider to
maintain two wheels on the ground at all times. The speeding focus of
the bill will be removed so that it can solely focus on stunt driving.
I invite you to view this short news video that has footage of myself
riding along with a State Trooper as we witnessed some of the acts my
bill is trying to prevent from occurring.
http://video.nbc6.net/player/?id=188989
Thank you for expressing your concerns. They will definitely be taken
into consideration. I am open to meeting with any person or group to
discuss amendments to the bill. I believe that part of the process of
creating a great law is being open to the ideas of others.
If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact
my office.
Sincerely,
Carlos Lopez-Cantera

Re: 10 Year Ban For Doing Wheelie
i think the biggest thing that pisses me of is that this country so stupid and quick minded is no one ever creates a solution to the problem... Its like ok you dont want us stunting on your roads, so we bring it to the parking lot now were simply only endagering ourselves and yet we still get in trouble for doing that... its like wtf do you want us to do know?? the only way this will ever be solved is by giving us a place to ride period
