Re: question about SI cages.

If you ever need extra go to like Lowes or Home Depot with either the original nuts and bolts or the pitch, lenght and thread of the ones you need. I need an engine bolt and Lowes had it. The rite grade too.

Re: question about SI cages.

your gonna need to replace SI eventually because cages don't last forever, so just next cage you pick up make it a tyger shark if thats your plan.. I still run SI and love it, its never let me down

Tygersharks are an awesome cage, plus, if you manage to **** it up, they'll replace it for free. No other company does that

I wish cages lasted forever, things would be easier that way

Hey bro, I'm not taking anything away from SI, I've ran them in the past, and loved them. They are a great cage, and hold up. But they still get fucked up like the rest, and SI doesn't replace them when they do. The tygershark is a great cage and replaced upon being fucked up. The only real draw back is the price

For starters. Tyger shark is no step up from SI. I will put one of our cages up against one any day. Secondly, We do replace cages when they are messed up. We stand behind our products 100% Might want to do a little more research before you start giving people the wrong info.

I'm taking nothing away from your cages, SI is a great product that holds up and takes a beating, I have your cage on one of my F4i's, with a shark on the other. The install on the shark was a easier, but from what I have read on another thread, you are addressing that. I have bent an SI and I contacted through email and was told nothing could be done. If I was given the wrong information, then that's not on me. I like SI, your cage is great, and I have the subcage on both bikes which I like as well. Your product is for sure in the top out there. But shark is a good product as well. If it makes you feel better, I have dumped more money in SI then any other product out there. No need to get your panties in a bunch over all this.

I roll commando so panties are fine. Nothing has been takin personal. We do not offer a full lifetime warranty on cages due to the nature of the sport. We look back at the purchase date and if we think it prematurely wore out so to speak, then we replace it. It also depends on the situation as well. Yes we are addressing the installation concerns and we are also offering the cages in chromoly as well. Granted the cost is higher. Either way, you are entitled to your opinion. Let me know if you need anyhting. Ian
