Does any one know if a 2006 gsxr 1000 front end will bolt up to a sv650. I have a coworker who wants to do a swap. I have got a front end for him but he wants to make sure it will work first.

 

Check out gixxer.com there are a bunch of gurus over there that have great knowldge of part swaps.

 

Why do you have a question mark At "Attn Suzuki Riders ?" Are you sure you want to ask suzuki riders questions? Are you reffering to the right person?

 

It's not a direct swap. The tubes are 41mm on the sv and 50mm on the 1,000. There is only a few direct swaps for that sv. The old school gixxers, 1100 and 750.
If you got the top and lower tripples and bearings, I believe he can make it work.
