The surgery helped a lot. still plenty sore, but not as bad as it was before the procedure. My *** bruise and swollen foot need to be addressed now though.

My backs doing better and better, but after my clinic visit earlier to have my bruised and swollen foot looked at, I wish they wouldn't have ignored it at the hospital.

Thanks all, Im way more mobile than they expected. Im up and walking, but sore. The foot bone is a pain, they gave me some haggard *** orthopedic sandal to wear.
