if they say don't lift more than ten pounds for a year, try to do what they say, because when you start feeling good again, it's like there's nothing wrong. And it won't necessarily hurt to overdo it, it'll just cause tingling and numbness in weird places, sometimes permanently.

**** dude, everybody's getting hurt when just riding. first dan herz by that squid doing a christ, then ryans, and now u. i think i'm gonna ease off the sxtreet bike for a while. its ****** awesome that u get to sue his punk *** though, HA HAAAAA!!!! :YEAH hope u heal back up to 100% though.

Thanks all! I got cleared for physical theropy ealier. Gonna stay here one more night then spend the weekend up at the 'rents. So I'm of a bike for three mos. or so, so if anyones looking for a killer deal my F4I is available.
