NO HANDED FOOT-IN-BAR ADVICE [[GS500e]]
Hi people.. as you might know, im riding a SUZUKI GS500e... ive been catching idle and last night ive been rolling FIB without throttle hand.... today ill attempt to idle no handers so...if you think theres something i should know...speak now...ill go for it but you might have tips on body positioning etc..... i do them in first gear my idle is turned up slightly stock gear (but as its a city bike its pretty short)

it says FIB...
ok, advice... Lean forward!!! that will help a lot... the weight has to be COMPLETELY off you hands before you can pull this off... also, only put the tip or up to the ball of your foot in the bar to start with... reason being if you have to bail and your WHOLE foot is in there it can get caught and drag you down with the bike... easy way to break an ankle!!!
Good luck, take it slow, practice practice practice and you will get them!!!

its 13:00 down here....im heading to my spot in a couple hours... you guys will have some pics if i achive it.... still not confident to dip it into circles been less than a month on the bike...and got no HB and no gearing yet
