as far as the clutch mod you just cut it in half and then weld in about 5/8 of an inch of steel to make it longer and that increases the leverage

yep 1/2 or 5/8 and re routing your cable so ther are no sharp bends make it so it has a nice wide arc that helps along with cleaning and lubing the cable

i cut a hole in the plastic cover that i run my cable through ,the plastic cover would be called a ram air cover on other bikes but i don't know what they call them on the 636 because the ram air comes through the front of the bike on the 636 not around the front like the f4i
