2nd gear at 40 mph=6,000 rpm , dump the clutch @ about 9,000 rpm and hold on, up,up & away. 4th gear with stock gearing,,, no way. and yes you can pull up on the bars but be ready for it because you will already be leaning farther back when doing this & from your vids your arnt leaning back all the way. be careful, take your time and have fun.... o yea whats next??? how to check your tire p.s.i.??? because it still dont look like you lowered it much.

trickshow, my bike is a 99 just like yours but i got a suzuki. my gearing is 1 down in the front and staggered i can pull up in 2nd all day with a good bounce of both my feet AND arms. not just arms use you feet on the pegs. its all in the bounce, my buddy can pull mine up in 3rd no problem but i cant get but a couple feet in 3rd. then again who needs 3rd?? . he has a triumph daytona 650 and has -1 +5 gearing and he can pull up in 5th and 6th. his front tire is also is also chunky from settin one down at 135 a couple weeks ago. he is gonna start the slow stuff now haha. anyways... i also stiffened up my suspension if you havnt tried that yet to reduce the pogo stick effect. thats no good. go practice GL and have fun!

EXACTLY thats why i was saying its a bad idea
Bouncing is one thing but if someone tells you to pull up on the handlebars IGNORE them
A good example would be $$$dino$$$ and csiamanis

what up roc? Its called preloading. When you pull the clutch in push down on the front end (to compress yur forks) then Right as you release the clutch pull up. It helps bring the front end weight off the ground a lil more. Helps a lot with smaller bikes like 600s.
Hey you get those pegs? And did they fit?

ANSWR: THE SAME AS 1ST,3RD,4TH,5TH,6TH gear...Clutch+gas+***** (big *** gears are always a nice plus
Bouncing just means you aren't givin enough gas the first time around.
Ring out yer throttle and cover your brake. If you cover your break you're fine, and if you aren't coverin your brake you shouldn't be doin wheelies anyway.
