636 safety sleeve (fork) and seal replacement

see page 5 of this thread

and

seal replacement is only an additonal $25, I'm tooled up and ready to go on the 03-04 forks, in order to offer the service on 05-06 forks I'll do the first set somone sends out to me for free. With the air getting chilly this is a great time to take care of this so you can ride this spring without worrying about your lower sliders snapping.

i think 295 is a ****** steal...i just spent over 4gs in hospital bills cuz of these forks....im gonna glady spend 3 bills for this...

but im still debating using the 05-6 front ends just for the fact that im scared shitless of the 03-4 now

Re: 636 safety sleeve (fork) and seal replacement

seeings how i wont be riding for the next 5 months i'm gonna wait and see what happens with guys who do this mod to thiers, if all goes well and noone has any major complaints i will do it come spring time right before getting my bike back out for upcoming season.

+1 to great innovation. Bill seems to always be on top of it, now he just needs to make those clip ons with the half DB bar on um for the 636's
