Be careful about the rear wheel, an F4 rear wheel is only a 5 bolt pattern... so if you go to order a new sprockets or something make sure they are still for an F4 b/c the F4i rear wheel and F4 rear wheel are different.
And as far as the rest you need: complete motor, complete wire harnes, reg. rectifier. If you want to make it look like an F4i as well you'll need a new subframe, tail, and 2 piece seats.

i just did one one on pats (trick) bike and if your bike runs fine don't bother....
you need a complete motor with all -4- harnesses (with relays), f4i header and exhaust, f4i tank with pump, rear brake switch, and both controls

I have 2 blown f4i motors i have everything to do it i was wondering if its worth getting a f4 motor for 200 and convert

tank is different spanky lol f4i tank has a big hole in the bottom for the fuel pump . f4 tank just has the petcock and no provision for a return line

to convert the engine you need to swap heads , as well as all the injection stuff like throttle bodies harness etc etc . also the stator has a different plug. clutch cover , basket , plates are all different also but just to make it run all u need to do is the head swap . i found the gasket for like 70 bux online somewhere .

Im about to do that swap, I know the heads have to be swapped, but didnt know anything about the cam pulse gen. So do I just swap the f4 c.p.g. for the f4i c.p.g.?
