Most of them stink...but i still want them

I wrecked on a 03 gsxr 600 the day after i sold it (4k which was a great deal SUPER CLEAN )...the guy let me take it for one last ride and a guy behind me was stunting and hit my rear going 70ish, we got fucked up. Ive been outta work for about a month, he'll be out of everything for about a year. Obviously i told the guy id pay for it seeing as the guy that hit me was my friend and currently has no income and everything was going good UNTIL i found out he told me it was totaled ( payback full price including tax tag and title which is 5k+ ) when its not, hes trying to get some guy i know to fix it for a grand or so BUT doesnt know i know the guy, so im finding this out through others. What should i do??? Im thinking of telling him to go **** himself for trying to screw me over and that hes a ******* low-class oppurtunist.

Also i just got a 03 954rr with 14k miles never stunted, clean title even trade for a 99 civic. The cars worth 4 grand or so, sound fair?:YEAH I want to stunt this bike, i know of a few guys that stunt 954s ( jason watts RIP, Dan jackson ) but i only had 4 months exp on my 600 :/

 

the guy that hit you should be fixing it either out of his pocket or his ins if he doesnt have any take his sorry *** to court.

 

True...he should be paying for it, sucks that hes a good friend, makes the whole situation difficult...he and his family think i should be paying for the bike because i was the one riding it pfffff

 

tell him to give you the bike and you will fix it if not then pay him what he paid you for it and take it back and fix it yourself

My friend had 5 inches of his femur bone cut out and replaced with a rod and tons of screws...all i got was 4 fractures in my right arm a concussion and some serious road rash....should i put that aside and look at it as his fault so he should pay when he can?? The guy that bought the bike is his sisters boyfriend for crying out loud...

Nope he doesnt have insurance, his hospital bills are 200k+ at the moment and he still has physical therapy to go through...

Ok here it goes this is what happen

We were riding next to the fl coast on a bridge going about 70, im in front of him, he pulls up to my right with both legs on the left side if his bike and loses balance right away...grabs my shoulder trying to maintain balance and the force of this sends me to the ground...i tried to help by staying up but it was too much. A cop said witnesses saw me hit the ground, breakdance across two lanes and i went head and right shoulder first into the barrier, i was instantly blacked so i dont remember anything after him grabbing me. He rode into the barrier WITH both legs still on the side, they were pinched between the bike and barrier, then he went over the barrier and landed on a small catwalk that people fished off of just a few feet from the ocean which was at least an 80 ft drop.

I had 4 months exp on a gixxer 6 he had 2 weeks on a gixxer 750

I have to say, first, It's good you guys are alive and I hope a new respect for the Bikes. Ride at your own level and don't get your guys tenicals get tangled up again.
Your still riding your 954 and he's still without a bike after spending the money. If it was me I would have left with your 954 or burt someone's house down.

That being said I would tell my friend "**** you pay for the bike then your hospital bills" lets face it if your telling us the truth it's his actions that created the mess you are in and the broken bones you recieved. Who's paying those bills?
Also I would tell the other guy either my friend will pay for the bike and get the bike or repair the bike. Because you are getting fucked from every angle. And that's what catman's pops is sayin dont get fucked like a bitch.

sorry. i just think ur asking stupid questions. of course the guy that wrecked into you is responsible for fixing the bike that you were selling. if they guy still wants to buy it but have is fixed and is trying to rip you off tell him how it is and your not stupid. you pretty much answered the questions urself

 

I see your point, its a good one...the guy that owns the bike i wrecked and the guy that hit me are brother in-laws, so if i stand up for myself ill obviously lose a friend and that sucks...and i dont need training wheels, think about it...

your cruising at 70 in a 55, just chill, looking ahead minding your own business then you see something outta the corner of your right eye and as soon as you look over its ramming into you...had NOTHING to do with me or my lack of exp i was in the left side of the lane riding staggered like your suppose to.

Basically i know what i need to do, but its how they will react ( negatively and theyll think im a low-class ******* )that will make me question my actions...thats why i want the opinions of other riders, what if this happened to you

Honestly if I was the one that wadded up and caused all this I would make it a point to work it out myself and not leave one of my boyz in a fucked up position. But that's what a stand up person does
