What do you guys think of a 98 f3 for a stunt bike/beater.

its carbed, 30,000 miles, probably babied, for askin $3000(willin to negotiate).

or 99 F4 carbed 15000miles for $3500 the lowest he will go.

are these bikes worth the money.
Many replies as possible please need to negotiate.

 

No they are not worth that much. Look around here in the for sale forum there are f4i's that are fuel injected with less miles going for less than that.

 

ya any hondas r the best for stunt but those price r kinda high for an F4 .....at that price you can buy f4is , 636 or a better bike with fuel injection so keep your eye out.

I thought I was the "buy low/sell high" ************, but damn, 3K for an F3 with 30K on it!

If you get an F3 for 1K, that'll make a fine stunt bike...sort of. I learned to wheelie/stoppie on one back in the day. If you are caging it up etc. it will be bomb proof. L

However, if you are talking about spending (and you have the money) 3K plus to stunt something then get an F4i for sure.

You'll run into limitations with the carb'd F3 most likely and want to get a FI bike later. If you have the cash to get a newer FI bike now, might as well do it.

i've been lookin for a stunt piece as well. i have found salvage title bikes in good dropped condition for under 2500, all FI. i'm holding out for an F4i, RR, or 636, unless i find a gixxer thats a STEAL of a deal.... it takes some looking but they ARE out there. good luck man!

For 3 grand you should be able to find a decent fi bike thats streetable.

yeah definantly too much for a carbed bike....i payed 2500 for a 02 F4I that had clean title and already had handbrake, cage, bar, spocket....

i got my street fightered 02 f4i, fully stunted for 2g's flat. not sure of the miles but the engine is strong and i got it from a very reliable dude. u can find a way better deal then what this cat's offering ya, bruh. prices should be dropping in a month or so. u may just have to drive to get it or pay for shipping.

 

hell i'll sell you my 04/05 gixxer 600 (FF) fully ready to stunt w/ 1000 gsxr front end. $3500.00 got tons of extras. pm me if interested.

No one is saying an F4 isnt a good stunt bike but not worth 3500$...

Like everyone said get a FI bike, you can get a wrecked one, or one already setup for under 3000 g's easy.
