Flipped once at my first competition ever. Rolled out the war but the bar hit my hand (thank god for round bars).

Flipped on elast weekend but luckily i pushed on the bars as I went over so the bike didn't straight land upside down.
Oh and +1 on the tuck and roll. Get all limbs away from the damn bike!

i rolled over yesterday for the 2nd or 3rd time,SUXS. bike only got a 2in. scratch, one on upper and other on tail. me,well i was the cushion that helped soften the fall.little rash but MY hips are F'd. i'll be back on the ***** wed. or thurs. hopefully.

hey joe you still have your old scary gary bars? and maybe risers? and maybe a tripple. lol mine is mangled. i may just convert to flipped clippons on top of flipped triple? i hear a few people swaring by it? i dunno yet. but u got anything left over including you old two brothers?

that sucks man....Good thing you were wearing your gear, I used to be a huge member of the no helmet club until a fast ss circle taught me my lesson...Let us bmore guys know if you end up getting your bike done up before it gets too cold out

My friend wrecked one yesterday....rolled it good until he was about to put it down (probably 10mph) and manbearpig pushed him over! slowest wreck ive ever seen.
