If it helps at all. I'm running a Busa master on mine. The chump (not me) that put it on my bike never even bore size, he just wanted to get the brakes working for me. Seems to work fine compared to my girls stock 636.

If you are asking if the levers are interchangable, stock for stock... then the answer is no...
03-04 = old school master
05-06 = radial master...
hope that helps... if you were trying to ask something different...sorry...
