Re: Slightly TO'ed at Sick Innovations

so what are you saying, if you run your business out of a garage you dont have to provide your customers with good service? and if im working 14 hrs a day you can bet your *** that im making money, and can afford to hire someone to handle phone calls if i cant. i agree that posting on here dosnt help and you should just keep calling, but the bottom line is that weather your working in a garage or you have a store front, you still have to call people back!

No, that's EXACTLY what I'm saying. Whether you have a huge shop with tons of employees or you bust your *** out of your garage your customer service should always be good. And since SI makes good products their customer service should match... even if all their **** is built in a dark, cold garage!!

Re: Slightly TO'ed at Sick Innovations

To answer everyones questions. We do sit in the shop 12 + hours a day. We are open 8-5 cst. If the phone rings in that time frame, it is anwered. No if ands or buts. We have never not answered the shop line when it rings. Sorry, but we dont return calls. IF you want to talk to us concerning any issue, please call during business hours.

Yes you did order a cage half. Nothing was mentioned about broken wleds. It is under warranty and would have been replaced for free. Send it back and we will credit your card. No round bar in the order was our mistake. Someone must have not seen it on the invoice. We told you that when you called and talked to us. It is shipping out today.

Customer service is our main goal and I think we have always done a good job. It is impossible to please everyone, although we continue trying.

Bottom line, Call during business hours and whatever question someone might have, will be answered.

Re: Slightly TO'ed at Sick Innovations

i bought a SI cage for my 99SRAD from ebay 3 years ago, probably one of the first to get one. It was awesome then, and if i had money i would get one now too. And back then we talked back and forth 5+times. Bottom line, I wish i could get one now. lol

My stuff came today, no round bar in box.

Call them up talk to the phone guy, he assures me Evan or whoever runs the place will give me a call today. Phone has not rang once.

I feel like i should get a deal here, am I wrong?
P.S. I tried callin you back and the phone number was inactive.
POST pics of the cracked welds. It is very rare for that to happen,

Re: Slightly TO'ed at Sick Innovations

Ordered a SI cage a couple weeks ago. Called 'em back and asked for a different color and they said no prob. Got it 8 or 9 business days later and put it on last night.

Their customer service was awesome in my experience. Just my 2

i agree! i have done business with ian a few times and the product is always right, and shipped pretty fast. this guy was saying he had a problem and ian never called him back, but i guess that was bs. so this whole post is pointless!
