Made from lasercut Bisalloy 80. Three times stronger than normal mild steel.

looks can be deceiving.

as i said this is just another option, high quality product.

Not trying to take over the market.

Re: Custom Subcage

Roger's cages are good but they are mild steel, not Bisalloy. They also cannot be made to run with solid pegs if the customer wants. The bigger companies: Sick Innovations and Powers aren't making 05-06 636 sub cages yet. If you own one, you would know how tricky the subframe is to work with.

The attention to detail with these subcages is unsurpassed. The stock luggage loops are retained. The tabs for the pegs actually go through the subcage and are welded on the inside. So no ugly uneven weld beads are visible. These aren't being made at home with a $200 MIG. They are CNC laser cut, the pegs are solid 7075 turned on an industrial lathe. Quality wise, they would be comparable with ESD equipment, except with more exotic materials.

Re: Custom Subcage

the sharp edges are for looks

NO MONEY comes from this just covering costs of laser cutting and powder coating, to provide a good product

All manufactured and engineered professionally. not by myself.

Re: Custom Subcage

The manufactures of this product are our sponsors who have done this for us, They supply crash protection all over Australia, They have made a small amount just because there was no point making 1 if it sells it sells, it is a very small part of what they do, so i will say this again there is no money in it for us. Sponsors look after us just trying to give something back.

Re: Custom Subcage

the 05-06 636s haven't caught on as a viable stunt bike in australia yet. the US riders are more progressive and are riding newer bikes.

Re: Custom Subcage

I don't see where it gets tied onto the frame. How does that keep your frame from getting tweaked? Needs a flat bar to the rearsets mount if you ask me.

I want an OMR also!
