Depends on the state. In Utah they can only get you for trespassing unless its on a PUBLIC road. But most other states can do whatever the hell they want.

**** sounds like a bitch. i live in the country so good parkin lots are far and few in between. i doubt ill ever get permission and i cant afford to lose my license. plus the damn cops just got one o them new charger police cars so they use any excuse they can to be dicks

few days ago i gat busted for doing a wheelie,I was like that was a accident,the cop was like are you the one doing wheelie on middle esex road,i was like no,it was really in the parking lot,he said dont let me see u do it again..so am not going back there no more..kill the streets

4 cops came to our spot the other day and surrounded it like we had killed someone told us to get off our bikes and sit next to him

they started blabbin about 15 years for criminal trespassing if it was up to them they would throw the book at us bla bla bla
also remarks about our bikes "you think that cage will save your leg doing those stupid circle things jumpin around like a cat you gonna get yourself hurt"

then they let us go and said we are glad your not doing it on the street but dont do it in this town anymore either

MOst of the decent cops here come just to check in, they have more important **** to do. We actually had two cops stumble onto our spot while using the atm next door, the rolled in and wanted to watch, they respected the fact we werent bothering anyone there... it was neat.

heres a good one. my buddies house used to be behind a restaurant and the restaurant burnt down. the parking lot for that restaurant is between the road and his house he owns the house the lot and the surrounding land. his neighbor complained about the noise and called the cops. they get there make us get off are bikes and tried to give us both reckless driving, knowing that he owns the lot, this cop made **** up like this is a public lot, no its not it is my lot and i own it. after arguing with this cop for 30min he leaves telling us we need to put up no trespassing signs/ private property signs or else its considered public or we will be ticketed. when the cop first told me he was going to give us reckless i wanted to punch him in the face. is always the ignorant cops that **** with stuntas because they don't understand that there are some people that enjoy taking risks.

was at a lot tonight, cop rolled by, and saw his brake lights come on right at where the entrance was...i said "oooh ****", then he let off the brakes and juss drove off, i stayed for another hour or so and left.

ohh and ya, my clutch is out. it was slippin in 3rd goin 35ish and i couldn't even pop her up from a dead stop nemore. kept slippin
