dude i usually like 4th on the highway. 3rd's not bad but 4th is super smooth at bp and i barely have to use any throttle to keep it right there. (55-60) 2nd cool if your starting a HC or spreader....i'm on a 99 900rr with +7.....600's take a little more practice but 3rd should be no problem and 4th with alot of pratice is possible....it's all about practice if you haven't heard it all ready

i got +4 in the back and i think -2 up front i forget wut the guy that sold it to me sed but i'll count. i kno my gass milage is really bad. i have it wors on the freeway than on the side streets.
