It seems to me like the market would be way to small to justify spending that kind of money. I know if we opened one in Birmingham(decent sized city), there are MAYBE 10 stunters within an 75 miles.

but

If you made it like a combo type thing. Skate park(those things are huge these days), bmx track, small arcade, and then a decent sized lot for stunting, I think it would be much more likely to work out.

im with everyone else 699 sounds pricey when if you look hard enough you can find a free spot. I wouldn't drive hundreds of miles but id ck it out every once in awhile if it was local.
