My TB's popped off on one side which gave me a similair issue. Thinking if my TB's need sync'n -- if ony I could stop crashin' so much.
Anyone know a site or post explaining how to sync throttle bodies & where to get a good sync' tool?

Your problem sounds like an ignition system misfire. They will always reveal themselves under load. I see you have already changed your spark plugs and swaped coils. What you should do now is check the spark plug boots for cracks or carbon tracking(looks like black streeks). Carbon tracking on the boot is caused when the spark jumps up the plug instead of the gap. This will also leave tracks on the porcilen part of the plug but since you just changed them, it might not very obvious. You can also check the plug holes for moisture or oil build up.
