Here's the bar I made for my pitbike. I was stoked with how it turned out! I do a lot of TIG welding at work so I put my skills to good use :YEAH
I made it completely bolt-on (no drilling) so I can take it off when/if I ever sell it.

not bad. i hope i don't see that thing bolted in the stock subframe bolt hole...if so, knock that **** off, it'll break super fast. drill the subframe and use 3/8" hardware to hold it nice and firm.
all in all it looks good, i wouldn't have angled it so high though, i like mine at the level of the rear seat or lower so if i go over in a stoppie i don't get a bar in the back, i get a rear seat. just a thought.

I loved my SDG 109cc pitbike
Problem is.. Im not scared of the thing .. I got to watch all my friends wipe out on them tho. That was great!!
And I blew my ankle out last summer on it before I sold it..
Today after stunt practice after wiping a cpl times.. ankle started bringin back that ol' 50 pain.
Damn fity's..
Dont underestimate those at all!

It has 2 grade 8 3/8s bolts on each side where i drilled the sub and bolted it there just under the tail plastics
