Fighting is not always the answer but sometimes necessary in situations like that to squash it. If it's your favorite bike shop handle it elsewhere. I know I don't go around punching people in the face anymore cuz you grow up. But guaranteed, if talking doesn't work a good ole fashioned **** stompin is in order. If he's not worth that, give him an open hander and make him scream like a bitch. Leave some fingerprints on his face. Sounds pretty petty though, but a man can only take so much.
P.S. Don't sleep on the little guy. I'm only 5'5" 160 and never fought anyone my own size. Can't say I've won em all but def didn't lose em all eithor.
