depends on how much u wanna spend and whether or not you crash very often or if this is something you are gonna do yourself. for the price it would cost to pay some1 to do it you can buy all the tools yourself, but the years of experience it takes is another thing. my friend does autobody and hooks me up, but even hookups theres still markups cuz nobody wants to work for free. theres way too many styles to choose from, but some i'd stay away from for sure are flames and tribal. everybodys got that ****.

I am willing to pay no more than about 400$, and this would be my "riding fairings" not my stunting ones. Therefore crashing isn't a major issue with this paint. Thanks : )

**** man, I gotta sick job done to my 636 for 250 bucks. He took forever to do it but a steal of a deal for nice smooth paint with no runs or orange peel.
You should have some nice **** for 400 bucks. Just shop around. Or you could always shell out some cash and have it wrapped, dunno what that costs but it looks cool as ****.

Re: So I'm thinkin of gettin new paint...
Its mainly all about prep work
If your plastics are in perfect condition, sanded smooth and ready to shoot, you can prolly get em shot by a shop for pretty cheap
If they gotta sand through old crappy paint, remove grease, or anything like that, its gonna cost a lot more..
Btw heres my f4i with dirt cheap paint from walmart... I wet sanded the plastics with 320, used $1 a can white paint for a base coat, $5 a can grabber green from duplicolor, and $1 a can clearcoat...
I spent about $25, already had the sand paper, had to get paint and plastic wrap to make a 'paint booth'
