Sick Innovations trouble....
Has anyone dealt with them? I just ordered a new cage and 12 bar from them on the 6th...still have not received my order. To top it off..I've sent them 2 emails to their "questions" email address. with no reply. I called their order like (the 1800 number) and got an answering machine.....called the number on my paypal receipt and got an actual sick innovations voicemail...but still no return phone call...

Do you do that with everybody you order from?
get some patience dude, SI is the way to go and they are reliable, you will get your **** soon.......but damn, be patient and think about for 2 seconds b4 calling out someone in an open forum!!!

Lmao all the pro's running tygersharks? They used to run F.I. to, look how great that cage and service is! Oh ya and squid boy calm your nerves you will have your cage soon enough to show off to you squidly friends.

Just so you know since you are wondering what up. I talked to them today and they are backed up right now. Since you are asking about a week I ordered mine like 3 weeks ago man just be patient and they will get you taken care of.
