Has anyone dealt with them? I just ordered a new cage and 12 bar from them on the 6th...still have not received my order. To top it off..I've sent them 2 emails to their "questions" email address. with no reply. I called their order like (the 1800 number) and got an answering machine.....called the number on my paypal receipt and got an actual sick innovations voicemail...but still no return phone call...
wtf!?

Re: Sick Innovations trouble....
Ian was in St Louis for the ride of the century all weekend.
As far as Tyger shark cages go. I was always interested in picking one up because of this "400lb" spring, but they suck. My buddy had one for his 636 and it was total junk. The spring is more like 5lbs(easily pushed in using your thumbs). It was horribly weak, and was bending after the first couple drops. He only had it like 2 weeks before it was back up for sale.
Plus who is seriously going to pay that much for a cage? With Tygersharks rediculous cost, you could almost buy 2 Sick Innovations cages. Who cares if they replace them for free if its ripping your motor mounts off?

dude like me and your buddy said, the cage might be easy to push in, but if you hit the slider with your palm(like the slider will hit the ground) it bounced it back....BUT the tygersharks were ok, but I'm sticking to SI from now on...
