I need your guys help,

This new event/series about to take place starting in my home town and finishing in LA is taking off this weekend!

*SEPT. 15th at the Tacoma Dome

there goal is to make this like a "American Gladiators" style event except with motorsports, I am in charge of the freestyle sport bike half, the drifting lowriding and dragracing is all on them.


The investors have put millions into this event as a whole, remeber that the stunt portion is a small portion but if we as a community can blow their minds we could end up owning the entire event, that was straight from one of the owners mouth!!

They are serious about this. the owner is Ken Kinnear started the Gorge Ampitheater, (largest out door host to concert events)
they found me a year and a half ago and have been putting this together for 3 years now.
but at the last moment asked me to jump on board and blow up the Stunt portion of the show any way i know how.

so i am turning to you guys to cover this event ESPECIALLY THE FIRST ONE HERE IN MY TOWN. please get with me via SL.com or at

This whole thing is just to see if it works/sells if not we all go back to our day jobs, if it goes well, and we all believe it will, then i'm riding for a living!!! and stunting will have a hold on the public eye!!!!!!

I want Magazine coverage from SSB and Thomas's new stunt mag. and 2wheel tunner so I dont know how to go about that,....I am just a rider who ended up with a big oppertunity that landed into his lap!!!!!

uh?im not sure what your asking?

but if you asking why would a show evolve from a boring state like washington? Seattle where im located next to, is far from boring just rainy

but the geniouses behind this show/comp have been in the entertainment industry for ever and are focused on putting together a traveling motorsports circus if you will.

stunting is a small portion of the event 30 minutes of a 2hour show.

the show will be in lots of different states maybe even some as boring as yours?

i want this event covered because it is in my home town and is the first show of many more but most importantly the fisrt of something potentially huge!

each event in each city will need riders, locals of enough skill to ride in at least 150x50 feet with akward lighting loud drag cars loud music fogg smoke machines and really expensive custom cars all around us, they are on platforms but i dont need any squids besides me destroying their stuff

when the event is in your city you will know from all the TV commercials and flyers.

because there is an oppertunity to win $$$$and prizes there is a $30 contestant entry fee then with the stunting portion i will qualify who rides in the arena, basically if your controlled enough to not destroy things around you or other people you qualify

then unlike XDL or other hardcore stunt comps the crowd picks the winner and their will be a Sanctioned National champ at the end of the series

remeber this is new and just starting out so yes it is rough around the edges and will not be about wigg splitting as a matter of fact the crowd wont understand the diff between a chain saw and a rev limiter HC.

but will be intended for the entertainment of the American people who enjoy motorsports off all diff kinds under one roof in an arena

thats a better way to put it its Arena entertainment

there is Supercross and then there is Arena cross you guys feel me?


to show your peers in the stunt community where you stand with your stunt skillz you go to XDL stuntwars stuntoberfest etc etc.

to be a rock star in your city for a day and posibly win some money and have a shot at a title you come to Showdownusa and entertain the crowd with your competitve run you would throw down in this event/series

we could end up being the whole series or we could get axed.

The Racing Federation of Alternative Speed Technologies (RFAST) is the sanctioning body of new motor sports entertainment products and all Showdown USA competitions. RFAST regulates and promotes the sport of competitive V-Drags and other alternative technology racing, establishes rules and procedures, and conducts amateur and professional competitions. RFAST actively supports and promotes safety initiatives by organizing and sanctioning events that provide a safe alternative to dangerous, illegal street racing.

RFAST is governed by a board of directors and a commissioner. The Board is responsible for exercising oversight and management over the sports, and is the ultimate rules arbitrator.

In 2004, speeding was a contributing factor in 30% of all fatal crashes and 13,192 lives were lost in speeding-related crashes. (NHTSA – nhtsa.dot.gov “Traffic Safety Facts – Speeding” 2004)
That same year, 38% of male drivers age 15 to 20 involved in fatal crashes were speeding. (Ibid.)
A 2005 study by the Allstate Foundation found speeding causes nearly half of all teen-driving fatalities.

Showdown is an exciting alternative for testing your machine and your driving skills. The demands are the same as on the street or at the strip. If your car is competitive and you drive better than your opponent, you win. You have to cut the lights and hit all the gears. It’s great practice for your hole shot. You receive an accurate read-out of all your reaction times, E.T. and speed. It’s also a great way to get tuned up and ready for a weekend at the drags…and no tickets !

yeah there is alot of buisness savy folks on board making this thing happen, I was just so lucky to have this opportunity come my way, i would love to use it to bring our sport more mainstream, i just need the education on how to do that,

i know how to ride, entertain and so on. i know how a good show looks so i guess thats a start to making this work properly
