the bend on the loop looks a little tight though the smooother and rounder the bend the stronger the cross bar will be

mine were the first to have folding pegs and the picture in this thread is almost an exact duplicate of one of mine and mine don't look any thing like powers

Re: f4 subcage(I think the 1st) by Wheelist

yes I make the subcages out of 120 wall 1inch steel tubing, Only reason the F4 subcage looks like yours is due to mounting, i normally run a two bar style but the F4 passenger rearsets slide into mounting slots..

i have a web site, http://www.fox-concepts.com

Nothing on it yet because i been so busy making Cages & Subcages..

Look at the peg mounts in this picture and you'll understand why i designed it that way, oh and my peg mounts are different from yours omr,

i leave some backing so it gives the peg support from breaking when its folded up

Re: f4 subcage(I think the 1st) by Wheelist

the peg doesn't brake when it's folded up......

you have that plate there to make it easier to weld the peg bar and then you thought of a cool sounding reason for it......lol

bro you know im just messing around but maybe if we act like there is drama more people wil pay attention and buy our cages rather then any one elses.....lol

i'm serious about that bend being too tight though you cant have that sharp of a bend in the cross bar or it is gonnna kink the pipe you want it nice and round that is the strongest way to make it if there is a kink there it will be very weak
