Ok...got my DB bars..got a ?

ok...im picking up my Db bars today for my 04 gsxr
ordered some pro taper RC gold contour bars
now im at the office right now and cant measure anything
but what does everyone do for brake lines..how long should i get them...IF i even need them..same goes for the clutch cable and throttle cables..ive heard i can just re route them and be fine...how would i route them now?

any help would be appreciated guys

The brake lines should be long enough you might have to take off the junction mount that goes to the front end for a little more slack and the routing of the cabels is a trial and error thing. my f4i does not bind at all but my buddys did so he used a throttle cable housing off and r1 to solve that problem seeing that it is much smaller and can be adjusted more. hope that helps

What we normally send from HAI is a 30"/32" it seems to be great for almost all the bikes out there with a DB Bar set up... the clutch and throttle cables should route more towards the front of the tank right in front of the top clamp...

reroute clutch cable 60 inche hand brake line 28-30 inch brake line

awesome...ill just try to re route most of it...i need steel braided lines for the front anyways

and ive already got a long hb cable..thank god

i had to change my brake lines on my 750 but the clutch cable was fine and i just rerouted the throttle cable to come out from the middle of the tank and everything was straight. as far s how long the brake lines need to be idk, i ordered mine way too long.

well i picked them up yesterday and put them on lastnight...and here they are
all i did was re route the throttle cables and everything else fit great...besides the front brake line....it wont budge..so im gonna order 2 32' lines this week

Worth a shot. What subframe you running? Looking to buy a 03-04 636 or 04+ GSXR but really struggling. I just thought if you would sell me yours it would make the discision easier. But you weren't any help! haha

haha....actually i just picked that car up....bone stock virgin car..so stock its got the stock plug wires from 87...paint is dirty as hell too...but the car runs great
have a garage full of goodies for it..but no time to put it all on
