so i put the 05 rear wheel on my 03 an put my 03 rear wheel on my 05 and the 03 rear wheel seems to be too wide, here are a few pics of the 03 wheel on the 05, is there a way to make it fit? if not i'll have to keep my stock 03 wheel on my 03 and that will suck =(

i know you have to double up the spacers in the rear i don't know exactly which one you need though

 

quit workin on that **** and go ride...........lol

 

you might have to do little work or have em make a cnc machine for spacer.

 

just wondering....i just bought an 05 swingarm and rear wheel set up, but i have` an 03 636 will this just bolt right up and will my machined dual caliper hb bracket from my 03 fit the 05 rear wheel?

 

you have a dual caliper machined caliper setup for an 03? no it wont fit the 05 and up style but i have a minty ho-hey dual caliper set up from my 05 636 that wont fit my 03 .

if we trade we will both be straight! who made yours?

 

if i'm not mistaken, you need to get a second spacer from the left and put it on the right. you will have a right side and a left side spacer on the right side of the wheel. that should do the trick.

after reviewing the pics, it looks like you might have to use 2 of the right sided spacers on the right.

ah, if you have all 4 spacers just keep trying a combo of them. i do know for a fact that the double spacer side is on the right side. i think you have to use the 03 spacers with the 03 wheel on the 05 and double them up on the right side. that might be it. ****, i'd have to have it in front of me to figure it out again.

 

hey, put all the spacers next to each other and take a pic so i can see how thick they are. post it up. i'll figure out a solution for it.

worse comes to worse, i'll tear down my minty 05 and swap it with tony's 03 and see what goes on.
