spirituality is subjective, believing something makes it true to yourself.
Others may see religion as just a way to bring men under control by promising them what they most desire will await them in the hereafter if they but submit to a particular doctrine in this life. Give them a little something else to hate on or feel superior to, and you have yourself a religion.
