Has anyone had any problems receiving their goods from HAI Bike Store? I placed my order over a month ago now and the order status is still stuck at "processing"?

I had ordered an S.I. cage, 12 bar and Moose easy pull cluth and every time I email them I never get a response???

Anyone know whats going on? or is this normal?

it never took longer than 3 weeks to get my stuff to my door in Belgium and got immediatly a reply when i mailed them. the site had some difficulties last week maybe thats the reason they couldnt reply to you

i ordered some stuuf about 3 weeks ago, got in it 2 weeks. i emailed them asking for a tracking, and got nothing back, i called them, and got it them. they said they were having trouble with the site, just give them a call and talk to them.

I'm waiting on a flip plate kit thats on back order right now thats going on a few weeks.

i ordered stuff from them almost two weeks ago. i hadnt recieved ay info about shippin and sent an email and got a response the next day. they are waitin on parts before they can ship. and i guess sick innov. stuff ships direct from sick so hopefully im not waitin much longer

i have ordered from them 3 times for different things and never had a problem. i recieved everything in less then a week. they could be waiting on something to come in before shipping. they rock.

I would think you have to be waiting on SI for the cage definatly not HAI.
I just bought powers race railz for my R1 from them and they came right from powers. HAI just puts the order through.

I bought a flip plate kit, a week later GPR stabalizer, and powers race railz. Everything came at different times. The flip plate was on back order still waiting, the GPR they shipped as soon as they got it in there store, and the powers race railz came from powers a couple days after the GPR.
As soon as they get it you will have it.

With the costumer service that HAI has I have never heard of somone having a problem with them.

i would call them. i always want to talk to a guy not just email. i called them and he told me where my cage was now and that its being directly shipped from SI cus im in illinois and SI is in indiana. call em they are easy to talk to
