Not trying to be a dick, but its not (graphically) very good. Nice layout, easy to navigate, and Honestly I sat and watched the entire video (good **** !) . The marbled buttons are pretty weak, kind of start-of-the-internet kind of thing, and the header is pretty bad. Again, not trying to be a dick, but when I started out in web design I had some rought critics and they helped me put out a MUCH better site (compared to my first few) over time.

If you ever want any help, you can feel free to PM me and bounce some idea's off my head. I don't mind helping at all.

I suggest you improve graphic design and condense video. Other than that, good stuff, looks like you are having fun with it, thats the important part. I don't think a lot of people realize how tough it is to make the graphics, web layout, and videos you have done very well.
