In order to properly "Kill the streets" u must have:
A. Cops chasing u
B. Has to be 12-5 pm Mon-Fri/ 3pm-1am weekends
C.Rush Hour traffic, bumper to bumper if possible
D.Have to arrested at least once

ya left one out .....splitting lanes of traffic with fat bastard harley groups on both sides running from the police... for some reason the harley guys didd'nt wave
