Re: My Race Railz are on!

Heres a pic of the GPR I put on it yesterday. Made a huge difference.
And does anyone know why theres 2 bolt holes on the botom piece by the tank? There were never screws there and the instructions never said anything about them.

I also just got these rear chrome R1 engraved swingarm spools.

And these Blue R1 engraved bar ends I haven't installed yet.

I'm setting up an apointment with Powers Stuntworks to get a Rear Subframe Cage made for my bike soon also. Bringing my bike to PA to get that made.

Okay I have a very important news update. The girl I have at my house is a complete retard and a *****, and she's stupid, and she's leaving my house as we speek.

Oh and I just leaned my bike about 4 inches from the ground while she was watching to see if they would hit. All I got was a "mabey" a not really sure" and after I called her all the names above a "I'm leaving your an ******* go call one of your little ****** to to come see".
So when somone else comes to my house I will have them look and see.

Re: My Race Railz are on!

They will definatly protect the plastics, I'm pretty sure they will protect the stator also. They stick out further that they look fromt that other pic. Heres a pic from a different angle to see how far they come out.

Re: My Race Railz are on!

if you have a peice of ply wood you can just put the edge of it up to your tires and stand up the ply wood .....

it's like bringing the ground up to your bike wrather then bringing the bike to the ground...

Re: My Race Railz are on!

If you're that scared of putting your bike on the ground you might as well stop stunting. If you even do ride wheelies.

My bike is Mint. If I'm riding a wheelie and I drop my bike thats alittle different that scratching the **** out of my bike to see what my race railz will protect.
Everytime I clutch up my bike I'm aware that somthing might go wrong and I might crash. I'm prepared to deal with that. If I wasn't willing to risk that I wouldn't stand it up at all. I put the race rails on as a just incase kinda thing. To help minimize the damage if it does get layed down. But no I will not intentially scratch my mint bike just to see what they will protect. To me thats way different.

Re: My Race Railz are on!

Looks good!

How did the tank bracket mount? On my Scotts there are 2 halves, 1 has a single screw in the center that goes to the tank mount and the 2nd has 2 screws on the outside similiar to yours that mounts to the first piece.
